Before you order
Shipping and returns.
- Shipping. EMS from Korea, KRW 80,000 (approx. US$60) flat per order to 67 countries worldwide. Total time is about 17-37 days including production.
- Duties and taxes. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by the recipient on delivery.
- Made to order. Each pair is built for one person, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size once production has started.
- Defects. If your boots arrive defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of noticing the problem. We cover the return shipping.
- Payment. After we confirm your quote by email, we send a PayPal invoice in US dollars, converted from the KRW price at that day's exchange rate. Production starts once payment is received.
