Send your feet
Email photos of both feet (top, side, front, back), length and width in mm, and your foot outline traced on A4 paper.

Quote
We reply with a quote in KRW and US dollars, your options and any extra measurements we need.
03
Pay and build
We send a PayPal invoice in US dollars. Production starts after payment and takes 2-3 weeks, up to 4.
04
EMS delivery
Shipped by EMS with tracking, usually 3-7 days to your door.

Shipping and returns

Before you order.

  • Shipping. EMS from Korea, KRW 80,000 flat per order to the US, Canada, Australia and Japan. Total time is about 17-37 days including production.
  • Duties and taxes. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by the recipient on delivery.
  • Made to order. Each pair is built for one person, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size once production has started.
  • Defects. If your boots arrive defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of noticing the problem. We cover the return shipping.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel before production starts. Full return policy (Korean)

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Photos, millimeter measurements and a traced outline give us enough for most feet. If your feet need more detail, we will ask for extra measurements by email before you pay.
Kangaroo leather has about three times the tensile strength of calfskin at the same thickness, so the upper can be thinner for better ball feel. It also molds to your foot quickly, which suits a boot built from your measurements.
There are 15 stud patterns for firm ground (FG), artificial grass (AG) and soft ground (SG). Tell us where you play and we will recommend one. Studs cost nothing extra.
Our standard shipping covers the US, Canada, Australia and Japan. Email us with your country and we will quote EMS shipping for other destinations.
